Battlefield 6, judging by the known information, will take players to the future – this was also confirmed by the first screenshots from the trailer. As far as we know, the legendary series from DICE studio promises to balance modern and futuristic weaponry, and the novelty, according to rumors, will look more like the Final Stand DLC for Battlefield 4, than Battlefield 2142 sequel.

The fans have been waiting for the announcement of Battlefield 6 since the beginning of 2020 when EA announced the sudden ending of the development of Battlefield V updates. But Electronic Arts and the EA DICE are trying to avoid publicity and instead bring a fog of war over the new part of the franchise. Rumors range from modern warfare to futuristic battles in the spirit of Battlefield 2142.
